Abstract
We describe a 6-month-old Turkish girl who was found to have a mass ne ar her nose at birth and incomplete cleft lip. No other clinical and r adiological abnormalities were demonstrable elsewhere in her body. His tological examination of the excised mass showed an organoid structure that was consistent with an accessory nose.
