Abstract
A single coronary artery is a rare abnormality of the coronary circula tion (0.09% in the authors' experience), a fortuitous finding on coron ary angiography. The authors report three new cases of this abnormalit y, including one with a ventricular septal defect and another with isc haemic heart disease. Exercise stress testing was positive in two pati ents.
