COMBINING VECTOR-QUARK AND HEAVY-QUARK SYMMETRY

Assuming that the chiral symmetry of the light degrees of freedom is r ealized as the vector symmetry proposed by Georgi, we write down a chi ral Lagrangian for heavy mesons which incorporates both heavy quark an d vector symmetry. Some of the phenomenological implications of this i dea are considered.
