Abstract
Sulacillin pharmacokinetics was studied in experiments on 20 rabbits. The drug dose was equivalent to 1.5 g for humans administered both alo ne and in combination with bacterial protease catalytin injected intra muscularly. Experiments showed that sulacillin should be injected with an interval of not more than 8 h and the its circulation in the blood is prolonged by catalytin.
