Abstract
A system for advanced medical training should include attestation and topical courses. The attestation cycle curriculum should conform to qu alification characteristics of a physician of the second, first, or hi ghest category. The attestation cycle is concluded with an examination that confirms that the specialist's knowledge and skills agree with h is qualification characteristics.
