Abstract
It is often necessary to determine the selectivity and cooperativity c onstants of ions and other substances which are selectively and cooper atively adsorbed at surface sites of biological cells. A computer prog ram based on the Levenberg-Marquardt method is given to determine the selectivity and cooperativity constants from the non-linear equation f or the resting potential.
