Abstract
We report a case of chronic myeloid leukaemia initially presenting wit h a vitreous haemorrhage associated with bilateral retinal and optic d isc neovascularization. The literature is briefly reviewed and the pro bable reasons for the observed microcirculatory disturbances are discu ssed.
