Abstract
In patients with chronic heart failure, echocardiographic automated bo undary detection (ABD) can reliably assess right ventricular function. The measurements obtained by ABD were highly reproducible, strongly c orrelated with radionuclide right ventricular ejection fraction, and s uperior to those obtained by conventional manual echocardiographic met hods.
