Abstract
Our experience supplying a shared patient centred information system i s here described, pointing out some of the critical aspects underlying usableness and effectiveness. Between and within unit integration, to gether with providing each professional role with added value and the special attention to adjust input and information retrieval to the act ual needs (often identified only by an assiduous frequentation), has p roved to be the essential point. A study case is presented.
