J. Augustin et al., INVESTIGATION OF THE ENZYMATIC EQUIPMENT OF A SELECTED PANEL OF BACTERIAL STRAINS OF THE GENUS PSEUDOMONAS, BIOLOGIA, 49(6), 1994, pp. 807-812
A panel of 206 selected Pseudomonas strains was tested for their abili
ty to produce oligo- and polysaccharide hydrolases acting either by th
e endo- or the exomechanism. At the same time, attempts were made to f
ind correlation between pathogenicity or phytopathogenicity of the tes
ted Pseudomonas strains and their enzymatic equipment of the hydrolase
type.
