Asexual planaria, Dugesia dorocephala, were exposed to C-14-PCB-(18) (
2,2',5-trichloro-biphenyl) for 140 hours. Several biotransformation pr
oducts were detected by thin layer chromatography and autoradiography,
but structures were not resolved. Animals accumulated 90% of the dose
, mostly in the lower intestinal tract.
