Abstract
Another formula for energy flow of electromagnetic static fields is pr oposed, using the magnetic vector potential instead of the magnetic fi eld. This new choice for energy flow vector agrees with our ordinary i ntuitions, and it also gives us a new definition of electromagnetic mo mentum density. This provides new insight into electromagnetic phenome na, including the superconducting state of the static configuration.
