Abstract
We report a case of localized adenocarcinoma of rete testis in a 55 ye ar-old man. Treatment associated radical orchidectomy and retroperiton eal lymph node dissection. At last follow up, the patient was well, wi thout any evidence of recurrence, 26 months after surgery. The literat ure and the treatment modalities are reviewed.
