Abstract
Starting from hexahydrobenz[a]indolo[3,2-h]quinolizine (1a-c) and hexa hydrobisindolo[2,3-a][3,2-h]quinolizine (4)(2) we succeeded in generat ing their completely dehydrogenated derivatives. The structures were i nvestigated by H-1- and C-13-nmr spectroscopy as well as by X-ray anal ysis.
