Abstract
Cutaneous metastases occur rarely with colorectal adenocarcinoma, acco unting for approximately 5 percent of all cutaneous metastases. Cutane ous metastases from colonic cancer are most often located on the abdom inal skin. The case we describe here is unusual because colorectal ade nocarcinoma rarely metastasizes to the scalp. A review of the English language literature revealed only six reported cases of cutaneous meta stases from a colonic adenocarcinoma to the scalp.
