Abstract
Isolated polyarteritis nodosa (PAN) of the male testes has rarely been reported. The authors describe two young men with testicular mass as a presenting symptom of isolated PAN, which was diagnosed following or chiectomy. The clinical features of the reported cases are reviewed.
