Abstract
This paper presents the results of work on the creation of a new class of high-sensitivity television signal conditioners-hybrid (vacuum-sem iconductor) devices based on electron-sensitive CCDs with from 532x580 to 1024x1024 elements. The operating principles and design-technologi cal features of the hybrid devices are described, and their parameters and characteristics are presented. (C) 1996 The Optical Society of Am erica.
