Abstract
Optically pumped vertical cavity laser operation up to T = 260K has be en achieved in the 480-500 nm-wavelength range in ZnCdSe/ZnSSe/ZnMgSSe pseudomorphic separate confinement heterostructures, containing three active quantum well layers and dielectric high reflectivity mirrors.
