Abstract
We report a case of nephrostomy tract tumor seeding following percutan eous nephrostomy tube placement and endoscopic manipulation of uretera l carcinoma. While never previously reported to our knowledge, tumor s eeding is a potential risk of percutaneous endoscopic management of up per tract urothelial carcinomas.
