Abstract
s(dimethylamino)methylene(trimethylsilyl)phosphane is prepared in good yield by the reaction of the thiuronium salt [(Me(2)N)(2)CSMe]I with LiP(SiMe(3))(2) in 1,2-dimethoxyethane.
