Abstract
A cyclic-voltammetry study of the electrochemical oxidation of a numbe r of aliphatic amines in the presence of lanthanide beta-diketonates w as performed. Complexing was shown to diminish the amine reactivity in the electrooxidation process. Stability constants of Ln(fod)(3)-amine complexes were estimated by cycle voltammetry.
