Abstract
Lipoma arborescens is a rare synovial disorder which principally affec ts the knee joint. We describe an unusual case of lipoma arborescens a rising within the sub-deltoid bursa in association with a rotator cuff tear. Pre-operative diagnosis was made by magnetic resonance imaging.
