Abstract
With the aim of discovering new antitumoral compounds, analogs of Chla mydocin and HC toxin containing biologically active groups have been d esigned and synthesized. Interesting preliminary results concerning th e in vitro cytotoxic activity of some of these new cyclic tetrapeptide s based on the inhibitory potency on the L1210 cell line have been obt ained.
