Dj. Parker et al., PROCESS APPLICATIONS OF EMISSION TOMOGRAPHY, Chemical engineering journal and the biochemical engineering journal, 56(3), 1995, pp. 109-117
Radioisotope emission tomographic methods, as developed in nuclear med
icine, are reviewed with reference to their suitability for process to
mography. The most promising techniques appear to be positron emission
tomography and its offshoot positron emission particle tracking.
