Abstract
Pre-operative embolization of fibroids, an intervention radiology tech nique, significantly rediuces the per and post-operative bleeding. It is an interesting alternative in the looking after of patients who hav e to undergo multiple myomectomies or the operation of voluminous fibr oids responsables of large bleeding.
