Abstract
This article reports on 20 years of monitoring of the ophthalmoscopic and angiographic findings in a patient with a group II isolate retinal arteriovenous communication who underwent a central retinal vein occl usion. The noteworthy appearance of hemodynamic changes in the vascula r malformation during this period are also described.
