Abstract
Two women with a distinctive rash on the legs are reported. The clinic
al features of erythema, erosions, crusting and pustular lakes, and th
e failure to respond to any treatment except very potent topical corti
costeroids (Dermovate(R)), are very similar to those of erosive pustul
ar dermatosis of the scalp.
