G. Adamis, AUTOMATIC PROTOCOL IMPLEMENTATION - GENERATING C(++) CODE FROM SDL PRSPECIFICATIONS/, Microprocessing and microprogramming, 40(10-12), 1994, pp. 719-722
At the Department of Telecommunications and Telematics of the Technica
l University of Budapest we have developed an SDL-based protocol engin
eering tool called TELEPRO [ACS-93] that is suitable for specification
of telecommunications protocols in SDL/GR that can be converted to SD
L/PR and implemented in C++ high level object-oriented programming lan
guage in an automatic way (Figure 1). In this paper I focus on the des
cription of the implementation module of the TELEPRO protocol engineer
ing tool and I describe the structure of the automatically generated C
++ program (called 'protocol implementation').
