CH Cyg is a symbiotic stellar system, recently (Hinkle et al.) discove
red to be a triple, with a third low-mass star in a 14 year orbit abou
t the central pair. The complex behavior of CH Cyg, which includes cyc
les of activity and quiescence, can be mainly attributed to the inner
binary. CH Cyg was first discovered to be an X-ray source by EXOSAT ob
servations (Leahy & Taylor). Recent followup X-ray observations have b
een made with the ROSAT X-ray telescope and PCSC detector. An analysis
of the X-ray spectrum yields two emission components. A time variabil
ity analysis of CH Cyg shows no variability detected in the present ob
servations.
