Abstract
The management of cutaneous disease in lupus erythematosus is challeng ing. Limited data have been published and mainly consists of individua l case reports, retrospective case series, and open trials involving s mall numbers of patients. The currently available treatment options ar e discussed in this article. Emphasis is placed on optimal use of anti malarial drugs and the risk to benefit ratio of other therapeutic agen ts.
