A patient with known prostatic cancer presented with bilateral orbital
masses. On CT there was a bulky soft-tissue mass in the cranial aspec
t of each orbit. An open biopsy revealed undifferentiated tissue that
stained strongly positive for prostatic-specific acid phosphatase, con
firming the diagnosis of metastatic prostate carcinoma.
