Abstract
Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare condition, typically occurring in younger women. A 75-year-old woman with this condition, 1 7 years older than previously reported, is described, including her un usual presentation with angina rather than infarct. The 112 previously reported cases are summarized and treatment options discussed.
