Vs. Parnasov, NUCLEAR-PHYSICAL METHODS FOR NONDESTRUCTIVE THICKNESS AND QUALITY-CONTROL OF MULTICOMPONENT COATINGS, Measurement techniques, 39(3), 1996, pp. 274-280
Heat-resistant coatings have been examined by nuclear-physical methods
bared on the study of oxygen and carbon migration inside the coatings
at different stages of the coating application. The oxygen and carbon
concentration war measured at various depths in the protective layer
by nuclear microanalysis methods bared on deuteron-proton transformati
on reactions and the aluminum concentration was measured by using prot
on-gamma ray transformation reactions.
