Abstract
Thermal studies of poly-N-vinylcarbazole and its derivatives containin
g -Cl, -Br -I and -CH3 as functional groups were carried out by means
of thermogravimetry. The kinetics of the processes of thermal degradat
ion of these polymers was examined. Kinetic parameters, i.e. apparent
activation energy, reaction order and pre-exponential factor, were eva
luated by using an integral method.
