Abstract
Analyses of dynamic light scattering data by stretched exponential fit show that vinculin has a negligible influence on internal actin filam ent dynamics and actin bending stiffness which contrasts with our prev ious observations with talin, another actin and vinculin-binding prote in from focal adhesions, The results here agree with kinetic and rheol ogic measurements.
