Abstract
A procedure for the generation of ideal voltage source models whose ef fective generator impedances are matched to the transmission lines the y drive is presented. These matched source models offer improvement ov er existing ideal voltage source models for the computation of driving point impedances. The validity of this technique is established both analytically and experimentally. (C) 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
