Abstract
The electroreductive polymerization on a zinc substrate of 2-vinylpyri dine in aqueous solution produces thin films. Various electropolymeriz ation conditions have been studied. The deposits have been characteriz ed structurally and compositionally. The best films were obtained at 5 0 degrees C by potentiostatic polymerization at -1.26 V vs NHE for 15 min.
