Abstract
The interaction of short laser pulses were investigated with a new non linear optical material, bismuth tellurite. The time evolution of the four-wave mixing (FWM) signal was followed and analyzed with 18 ps las er pulse excitation out to the ms time scale. The effect of Cc and Fe dopants to the FWM signal characteristics were also studied.
