Abstract
A two-parameter qp-deformed two-dimensional interacting boson model (I BM) with the quantum symmetry U-qp(U-3) superset of U-qp(U-2) superset of U-qp(SO2) is constructed, It is found that the energy spectra and the transition matrix elements depend very sensitively on the second p arameter of deformation.
