On the basis of the generalized invariant theory, the invariant-relate
d unitary transformation method is developed and used to study the evo
lution of the third-quantized wave functions of the universe, The expr
essions for the phases and the wave functions are obtained, Then, by m
eans of the construction of the coherent state, the solutions of the W
heeler-DeWitt equation and the quantum fluctuations caused by the thir
d quantization are found.
