We present the Resonance Raman Scattering spectra of highly conducting
polyacetylene samples synthetized in different groups by using differ
ent methods: Shirakawa or S-(CH)(X), Naarman or N-(CH)(X) and Tsukamot
o or nu-(CH)(X). Different excitation wavelengths have been used to st
udy the different samples whose spectra have been then analyzed theore
tically in the framework of the double distribution model. Results obt
ained by this analysis are discussed in relation with those carried ou
t in NMR on the same films and with the values of the conductivity aft
er iodine doping of these samples.
