S. Masubuchi et al., THE TRANSPORT-PROPERTIES OF METALLIC SHIRAKAWA POLYACETYLENES WITH DIFFERENT DOPANT SPECIES, Synthetic metals, 69(1-3), 1995, pp. 71-72
The influence of dopant species on the electrical transport properties
was investigated in metallic polyacetyles (PA) doped with HClO4, I-2
and HClSO3. The temperature dependence of thermoelectric power, S(T),
exhibited the typical metallic character as a whole but showed clearly
different manners for PA's with different chemical species as dopant
The difference indicates that the transport properties are affected di
fferently by the dopant species with a different chemical structure. T
he temperature dependence of Voltage-Shorted-Compaction (VSC) resistiv
ity, rho(VSC)(T), also indicates corresponding results with those of S
(T).
