Abstract
Processibility of polyaniline (PANI) can be increased by using functio nalized counter ions, such as dodecyl benzene sulphonic acid (DBSA). R ecently it has been observed that extra DBSA yields plasticized and pr otonated melt processable complexes. In this study the reaction betwee n PANI and DBSA has been investigated by DSC and dielectric thermal an alysis (DEA). A phase diagram has been compiled for the PANI/DBSA syst em.
