Diffusion-limited reactions of A+A-->0, A+B-->0 types on one-dimension
al lattice (10(5) sites) in the presence of particle source (photogene
ration of unlike charged solitons) have been studied by using of propo
sed biased random walk model. The particle's distribution has been stu
died using the pair-correlation functions. The dependencies of steady-
state concentrations and relaxation times on the system parameters - p
hotogeneration rate and external electric field have been obtained. Th
e phenomenon of stochastic aggregation of similarly charged particles
has been found in the case of random initial particles' distribution.
The results are in a good agreement with analytical data on fluctuatio
nal kinetics of bimolecular reactions and appropriate experimental dat
a on photoconductivity in oriented (CH)(X).
