Abstract
Hysterical neurological disturbances are encounted in 13% of neurologi cal patients. The analysis of 150 hysteria cases and literature data p rovided the basis for positive diagnosis of hysterical neurological sy mptom. The principles involve the knowledge of typical hysteria manife stations, usage of special diagnostic tests and examination methods.
