Abstract
Differential diagnostic differencies have been analyzed for faucial di phtheria (41 patients), infectious mononucleosis (219 patients), folli cular and lacunar tonsillitis (71, patients), Vincent tonsillitis (22 patients). Besides specific clinical manifestations, of special import ance in distinguishing the above diseases was a profound analysis of h emogram with calculations of special parameters and variants of ESR/le ukocyte count ratio.
