Rr. Ernst et al., BASIC ASPECTS OF NMR-SPECTROSCOPY IN MULTIPLE DIMENSIONS, Proceedings of the Indian Academy of Sciences. Chemical sciences, 106(7), 1994, pp. 1427-1448
The principles of multi-dimensional spectroscopy are exemplified by th
eir application to nuclear magnetic resonance. The design of multi-dim
ensional experiments is described in terms of combining basic building
blocks and phase cycles. Two novel three-dimensional experiments (XTO
NOX and XNOTOX) for the assignment of backbone resonances in N-15-labe
lled proteins are used as examples.
