Abstract
Analysis of the EPR spectra of Tc complexes in frozen solution has giv en information about the behaviour of these complexes not readily obta inable by other means. In particular, spectral simulations have enable d the determination of the quadrupole interaction parameter, Q, and th us to the evaluation of subtle electronic effects.
