Et. Goluboff et al., SEMINAL-VESICLE URINARY REFLUX AS A COMPLICATION OF TRANSURETHRAL RESECTION OF EJACULATORY DUCTS, The Journal of urology, 153(4), 1995, pp. 1234-1235
Transurethral resection of ejaculatory ducts has become an effective s
urgical treatment for male infertility caused by ejaculatory duct obst
ruction. We report on a patient treated successfully by transurethral
resection of the ejaculatory ducts for a large midline cyst who postop
eratively complained of terminal urinary dribbling lasting several min
utes. On video urodynamic study reflux into and delayed drainage from
the right seminal vesicle were found.
