Abstract
The magnetisation with respect to temperature and field of DyCo2FeGa2 has been measured by ac and de techniques. The compound is ferrimagnet ic with T-C = 393 K and exhibits two maxima, a sharp one at 40 K and a broad one centred at 200 K for the SQUID and around 140 K for the VSM and ac measurements. Below the broad maximum, irreversibility is obse rved.
